Senior Full-Stack Developer
Designing and delivering custom applications for clients across industries, from prototype to production scale.
About the position
You’ll join a team delivering web and mobile applications for clients with very different challenges — from a financial institution to a fast-growing retailer — rather than the same tech stack repeated for three years.
The role covers the full cycle: technical scoping with the client, design, front- and back-end development, code review, and deployment. You’ll rarely work alone on an engagement — the team stays small and involved from start to finish.
What you’ll do
- Design and build features across the full stack, from front-end to API
- Contribute to architecture decisions with the team’s other senior members
- Review colleagues’ code and have yours reviewed in turn: quality is a team effort
- Collaborate directly with the client’s product and design teams, not just through an intermediary project manager
- Mentor and help grow more junior team members on your engagements
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React or Angular)
- Solid server-side experience (Node.js or .NET)
- Comfortable designing REST or GraphQL APIs
- Daily use of Git and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to have
- Experience deploying on AWS or Azure
- Experience with automated testing (unit and end-to-end)
- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
