IT Project Manager
Leading end-to-end delivery of digital transformation engagements, with both client and internal teams.
About the position
You’ll take ownership of planning and delivering digital transformation engagements — scoping, stakeholder engagement, risk tracking — always keeping the thread between the client’s strategic intent and what actually gets delivered.
The role is the client’s main day-to-day point of contact: you need to be able to clearly say where an engagement stands, what’s blocking it, and what needs deciding. Never a vague status update in a weekly meeting.
What you’ll do
- Plan and coordinate execution of multi-team digital transformation engagements
- Manage client stakeholders, from the operational team up to leadership
- Identify and track delivery risks before they become issues
- Coordinate internal teams (development, data, infrastructure, security) on the same engagement
- Produce clear progress updates, without unnecessary project-management jargon
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP certification or recognized equivalent
- Experience delivering in agile or hybrid mode
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with sometimes conflicting priorities
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting firm or external client context
- Experience with organizational change management
